7:00-9:00 at Schlafly Bottleworks

THEOLOGY AT THE BOTTLEWORKS is a public discussion on the most timely and important issues of our day.  We bring together an amazing diversity of interesting people each month; it is truly the best public discussion in town!  Join the conversation at Schlafly Bottleworks this month to discuss "The Rights and Roles of Pets in Our Culture".  We’ll discuss the various ways pets are treated and valued, the reasons for our emotional attachments, the growing trend to treat pets similar to people with hotels and spas, mouthwash and bakeries, and the nascent trend of seeking human-type rights for some animals.  Are pets part of the family?  Are pets the new people?  Come have a brew, give your view and lend an ear to others’. 7 pm at Schlafly Bottleworks.  Always free and open to absolutely anyone.
